Health Check

• Before we get busy we make sure your hard disk drive is healthy.  The last thing you want to do is have work done on a failing hard drive.  If everything checks good we move on.  If your hard drive shows trouble, we will notify you and there is no charge for the diagnostics.
• Next up we run multiple scans using multiple tools to check for viruses, malware or rootkits.  Often time these are present without the users knowledge (yes even though antivirus software is installed).   If anything is found we will notify you before continuing with virus remediation services.  If you don't wish to continue there is no charge for diagnostic services to this point.

Clean

• Digital -  We will remove unneeded cache files, temporary files, old registry entries and other 'bloat ware' to free up disk space and get your computer running better.
• Physical - We open up the case to the desktop/laptop and blow the dust devils OUT.  (Often times people will blow IN with a can of air which is counter productive)  Collected dust can wreak havoc on the airflow inside a PC or laptop and this leads to overheating which leads to component failure.

Tune

• ​​Let us breathe some new life into your computer and get it back to performing like it was when it was new.  We will check, tweak, update and adjust over 100 items on your PC to make sure it is performing optimally.  

Protect & Prevent
Two things that are most likely to keep you out of a PC repair situation:

• Prevention - While having antivirus/anti-malware software is a good practice - not all are created equal.  We will install the industry leading AV software with a license one year* license on your computer.
• Backup -  Because backup used to be difficult and time consuming it was often not done.  With the solutions available today there is no longer an excuse.  What is your data worth?  Photographs, videos, documents, work, etc.  In the even of computer failure, disaster or theft, if your computer isn't backed up then you have lost these irreplaceable digital assets.  We will install an industry leading backup solution to your machine which will automatically backup your data to a secure off-site location for one year*.
